Herbal Incense Premium is an online store offering high-quality herbal incense blends and aromatic products designed for relaxation, meditation and home fragrance purposes.
How do I place my order?
Select the product you would like to purchase, proceed to check out and choose your payment method.
Within 24 hours you will receive an email how to proceed with your payment.
Shipping information
When my order will be shipped?
After placing your payment within 48 hours you will receive your tracking number to your email in order to track your order.
Please note after receiving your tracking number the order needs 24 to 48 hours to be updated on the system depending on when the shipping company pick up the order.
How much time does it take to receive my order?
After being update it on the system the time to receive it depends about your location in average less than one week.
What happens in case there is a delay?
From our side there will be no delay once payment made.
In case there is a delay from the shipping company you have to wait, in case you do not receive your order within 12 days or the shipping label was not updated on the system we refund you or send you another one at our own expense.
Refund policy
We only offer refund in case:
1-The product was lost by the shipping company or not delivered for any reason.
2- In case the product was damaged by any means with a proof that it was damaged.
3- In case the label was not updated or scanned within 12 days, we send you another order at our own expense and in case you receive the old order you can consider it as a gift :)
4 - We do not offer refund for product dissatisfaction because we know our product has the highest quality in the market.
How my order will be packaged?
Your order will be sealed discreetly with a vacuum package, No odor or visible Logos show the nature of the product.
What are our working hours, wish days and when we reply to your Emails?
1- We work from Monday till Friday we do not work during weekend & holidays.
2- We only reply to Emails during working hours unless we have high volume of orders so we reply on weekends.
Due to high volumes of Emails we do not reply to emails that their questions are already answered in the FAQ.
Please note we are not 24/7 working so sometimes it needs 3 to 5 hours to reply to your Emails.
Do you provide double, triple or quadriple dipped papers?
1-Yes we provide double, triple or quadriple dipped papers upon request.
2- Special request orders are not in stock it may take 2 or 3 days to prepare them.
3- The price depends on the quantity.
